RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All NUKE sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Because each piece is handmade and individually produced, slight variations in color, texture, finish, placement, registration, surface details, and other characteristics are a natural part of the artwork and are not considered defects. These differences make each piece unique and are part of the handmade nature of NUKE art. Exchanges are accepted only when an item is damaged during shipping or transit. Any shipping damage must be reported promptly after delivery and accompanied by clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping materials so the claim can be reviewed. Approved exchanges will be for the same item when available; if the original piece is no longer available, NUKE will determine an appropriate replacement. Damage occurring after delivery, normal variations in handmade artwork, buyer preference, or change of mind do not qualify for an exchange. By purchasing NUKE artwork, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
